This is a story about an Ayahuasca ceremony taken between 4 family members one night. For the sake of privacy, I will describe people's names anonymously. Me S, and my sister Y. K is A good friend of my uncle INA. He is a Turkish Muslim and owns a Restaurant in the city center of the town we were staying. He was receiving us there with E, Another Turkish Muslim guy who was staying with us at K’s house.
This ceremony was planned months ahead between us for the climax of our trip to South America. I am a Psychonaut who has experience with plant medicines and have taken Ayahuasca once before. It was the first time for Y. E had few experiences before and K who was serving medicine had years of experience but was the first time to organize a ceremony.
We talked about the ceremony among ourselves and made sure to construct the right preparations and mindset. To talk about the ceremony, I have to mention the LSD experience we had 1 week prior in time with the same 4 members. We created a bond by spending 1 day on a beach tripping balls on the great Acid we got from Uncle INA. I was floored on the sand looking at the waves come and go. I Looked a side and my sister was in the same state lol.
K was drawing the golden ratio on the sand with a wood stick. E was blasted off too.
We smoked weed and watched the sunset listening to music together. After this experience, we were ready for the ceremony.
The day before, K and E prepared the new family house of C for us to do a ceremony there. C is K’s ex-wife and they have a daughter M. M’s grandmother also lives on the same land they own in the mountains. We got to know each other and were welcomed with their loving spirit. The house has a Fireplace in the middle of the living room. Balcony on the side viewing the jungle and river flow. At night we talked about the intentions of the ceremony and the diet we were going to do that day.
On the morning of June 8th, 2023, we prepared our bags for a scheduled boat trip to go pick up more Ayahuasca from a chef friend that owns boats. He is a mutual friend of Uncle INA and another Peruvian shaman friend.
The boat trip was absolutely beautiful. All of us except little M took a drop of ayahuasca on the boat. I was already feeling the medicine kicking in. Everything looked more colorful and connected to the spirit. We did snorkeling and when to an island beach. We all lay down on the warm sand. We Berried K and our Friend created a sand mountain with boobs and dick-shaped objects on them lol. Truly calming and had a great time with the family.
Then, I started feeling something weird happening in my energy. The Ayahuasca chef is hitting on Y, I saw him trying to grab her in the water when she was getting away. We were going to include him in the ceremony but I thought that will be a bad idea. Once I confirmed with Y he was asking for her phone number, I went to K to explain the situation.
S : Here’s what's going on and I don't want to have a ceremony with this dude. It is bad energy.
K : Yeah, Let me talk to him.
We still needed the bottle of Ayahuasca from the chef so, K managed to buy the bottle. The chef was not happy because he wanted to do a ceremony with us. This guy's spirit totally fucked with ours. We burned Palo Santo right after leaving him to cure the energy. Dropped off M with C and we were talking in the car if we want to pursue our night. We all agreed and discussed how it will be an even stronger, meaningful experience that night.
4 of us in the car heading to the ceremony house driving through the jungle streets. K has the bottles of medicine, and the rest of us has Blankets, Weed, and musical instruments. For the last preparation, We gathered wood to make a fire and placed blankets around the fireplace. I know respect for medicine is needed in these spiritual journeys. Me and Y ate healthy but I’ve seen K and E eating something else than they were supposed to be eating that day. K says Shamans in the Amazon never do a diet. I promised myself to smoke less tobacco that day.
We made a fire and prepared the cups on the table, Gathered around, and prayed together for a great experience.
K : I wish the best for all of us in this experience. We are together.
First, we got into a circle and did a round of Rapé, and then drank a cup of ayahuasca K had from before. We drank 3 cups 1.5 hours apart making sure everyone is good, Playing music on speaker or with instruments. The taste of the drink is quite strong but doesn't taste awful. Smells like cinnamon a little, You can tell it's a tea brewed out of strong herbs from its thick brown liquid body. Y through up on the second cup and 3rd. Nobody else through up. Shamans say if you throw up, The effects get weaker, But In my experience, this is some part not true and some part true.
When I lay down and closed my eyes, I was seeing fractals and hallucinations. We kept playing music and occasionally silence.
E : “S! Let's go outside!”
S : “…Yeah”
K : "Hey S, “E wants to go outside with you”
S : “Ok, I’m rolling a spliff now.”
I went out with E to smoke and we talked. Y was chilling on the blankets. K was looking at the fire. The night of the jungle seemed deeper than it should be. The stars were Stingingly bright.
E : “S, I think it's almost time.”
S : “For what?”
E : “Another cup!"
S : “Yeah, I think It’s about time too. “Haush Haush”. Haush means everything is going to be ok in Quechua. The shamans from the Amazon teach that.”
E : “Oh, Cool. Thanks.”
We all got into a circle once again to drink the next cup. This is the new bottle we got from the chef, A different type of Ayahuasca made with more DMT in it.
Handing the 4th cup to me K said
K : “This is a present for you.”
I knew at this time Ayahuasca experience was a present from the universe through K. I am thankful to receive this present in life. As growing up with taking psychedelics I understand the world in different ways from other people that don't take them. I am glad to be closer to the spirit to have clearer intentions in life.
After everyone had drunk the 4th cup we sat in front of the fire. We started humming in the instructions of K.
K : We will all participate in making woooom sounds with our mouths so that people can take a breath and the sound can continue going.
S : “wooooom”
Y : “wooooom”
E : “wooooom”
K : “Woooooiyoyoyoyyayuyuyyeoooowe”
Bom, bom, bom, bum, myo yoyoyo myoyoyo, Pyuuu pyu pyu pi pyuu
We made sounds with instruments too. The sounds were taking our conscience away. I felt the urge from my heart to call out the names of the spirits.
S : “Hongos, Marijuanas, Ayahuasca…”

I heard intense air sound and felt waves of energy flashing out of my head. I went to the bathroom hearing the Icaros songs coming from the speaker. “Haush Haush”. My eyesight was affected by the medicine and couldn't see very well. I think Y was laying down and K and E were walking around.
The noxiousness kicked in and I went to the bathroom again to throw up. I was feeling electricity and Anastasia blasting out. I felt good after throwing up and my mind traveled to the other dimension when I sat down.
The Ayahuasca Vision I was inside at the moment.
You can see the Great being hiding behind the eye pattern.
S : “Haush Haush Haush Haush Haush Haush”
I was shown and merged with an incredible sacred geometry pattern of colors and eyes all over. There was an entity with 2 hands in the background claiming itself to be the Great Creator of nature. The creator of everything was communicating with me in one form of telepathic vision to teach me a way of life in this world.
“ Everything is 1. Under the great conscience, Everything is orchestrated in perfection. Everything alive and dead is connected. You, Me, Air, ocean, Space, GOD, stars, TV, that dream of yours, bugs, rain, clouds, mountains, sun, moon, your friend's car, that mango you ate 1 year ago…etc …everything is 1. It is designed to be where, when, how it is in this world and time”
The Entity is the life form of everything that exists in this world and we are part of that Entity itself. This idea is connected with my spiritual enlightenment with magic mushrooms I had 7 years ago: "Everything is a destiny, everything happens for a reason.”
S : “Haush Haush Haush Haush Haush Haush” Smile in my face.
K : “S!!! S!!! Come! Help me there is something wrong with E"
S : “….Ah?… what?…..I’m busy right now.”
K : “S!!! S!!! Please help me E is not good”

K is aggressively holding down E. He is screaming and rampaging going crazy. We are all high as fuck on ayahuasca and I didn’t want to deal with this at all.
S : “Just lay him down. He should be fine.”
K : “No He is in a very dangerous stage. His heart could stop. E! Come back!!!” Slapping E’s face K was raging.
K : “Give me a Mango!!!”
S : “Just lay him down. Make him drink water!”
I am looking for a Mango in the dark but I cannot see anything. I was way too high at the moment in the dark I couldn't find the switch to turn on the lights. My phone is on 1% too. I found some apples and gave them to K.
K : “No apple!!! S find a Mango!! Please!!! Cut it and give it to me right now!!!”
S : “Fuck. I don’t know. I can’t see.”
When I found the mango I didn’t want to touch a knife so I ripped the skin off and gave it to K.
He is shoving the mango in E’s face. E’s mind is totally gone. He is constantly fainting falling down on the ground screaming and swinging.
E : “IUNOUg8g^G87B&(hb iNIPUgouyv YB*b!!!!!!”
K : “It is dangerous he can die. We need to bring him back! Let's take him to the shower! Turn on the water! Put on nice music, please! Eeee come back!!!”
S “My phone is dead and I’m way too high. He’ll be fine”
I burned Palo Santo around them, We carried him to a hot shower.
K : “We need to make him throw up the medicine! Call C!”
S : “I don’t know her number”
K : “Use my phone! Call C please!”
S : “What’s your lock number?”
K : “1254….”
S : “What?”
I’m not being able to look at a phone screen at this point lol. Water from the shower is making it impossible to use the touch screen. 2 Turkish dudes in the shower are screaming. The situation was in complete Chaos.
S : “What’s your lock number?”
K : “1254….”
S : “Fuck! where is C's contact?”
K : “Search C!! Eeeeee!!!!”
S : “Fuck…lol I’m too high”
K : “Call C please!!!!!”
Phone is back to the lock screen asking for the password.
S : “What’s your lock number again?”
K : “1254….Call C, please! Eeeeee!!!!”
We did this a few times till I gave up and handed the phone to him. K is now calling C. Went to check on Y, Then She started puking.
K : “A gente muito tomado! Ele teve uma overdose!!! “
S : “ Are you ok? “
Y : “Yeah”
K was speaking in Portuguese walking around the room paranoid, Also trying to call an ambulance. When C arrived everything started calming down a little. Thank God somebody sober can talk sense was there. E was able to puke out the Ayahuasca. C and K held E by their side and He seemed to finally relax. We could still tell E’s mind was not there.
K : “It’s my responsibility. My life in Paraty is over. S, What is your experience with Mushroom? How did you come back from your 14g trip?”
S : “ INA gave me 4 pills of XANAX”
K : “ But how do you come back mentally?”
S : “Time will make you come back”
K : “ I know people have come back. But only 10%, The rest of the 90% left on the other side.”
S : “ He’ll be a different person when he comes back, But he will”
Y : “ He will come back right?”
S : “He’ll come back, Haush Haush Haush”
C : “Haha, That’s right Haush Haush”
About 2 hours after things got out of control, E is still screaming with his head on C’s lap. I wanted to smoke a joint but K told me to wait and hide the weed in case of a police search. He is totally paranoid lol. C also told me to wait because the ayahuasca effects will kick in again. She told K to calm down and go pray. I hid the joint and started humming. Haush Haush Haush…. We drank a ridiculous amount of water throughout the ceremony to keep us hydrated. C took care of us not to burn ourselves warming up in front of the fire passing the last part of the ceremony. E’s movement was still very aggressive but his words started to make more sense.
E : “….Oh..man..you know? I was there man! And not…. Like tututututututut Dead. I was dead man. I try I try so hard. But I can’t come back…. I live, I see everything. Tututtututututut but I really really dead man…”
S : “Yeah I feel you, bro, That's ego death. You were in the space. I’m glad you’re back.
E : “ S! Please please, Don’t follow the mushrooms. It is too hard man….”
S : “Yeah, I know. But it is what I want to do.”
We were still feeling ayahuasca strong in our bodies, Digesting what has just happened. After a while, It was time for a puff of weed. I found the joint from where I hid it and smoked with everyone. C took off, E was adding wood to the fire and the rest of us were taking a nap. Slept for a couple of hours and started cleaning the room.
8 in the morning, our ceremony came to an end. We made a circle holding hands, Hugged each other, and said the prey for ending.
K “Thank you very much…”
S “Thank you”
E “Thank you”
Y “Thank you”
My life has changed. There is no way of going back after this experience. Medicine washes your life and soul and the spiritual journey continues. The next day K was still worried about E, I heard them talking about the ceremony. E said he was in a DNA spiral in his vision when he was gone. I and Y exchanged stories and had beautiful conversations.
Y : “When I was out in the space, I would hear K calling my name and I came back to my body. Names are what shapes our existence. Humans are funny calling their selves fleshes by their names and recognizing themselves. Otherwise, we're just an energy in space.”
Apparently, we saw a similar kind of vision in the early part of the trip. She was describing it as a huge flower hovering over a colorful paradise in the background. I saw this geometric cube floating in the same paradise.
I usually have these experiences by myself taking high doses of mushrooms. The really meaningful outcome for me this time was to have this experience with my loved family members. I strongly advocate for a family-style ayahuasca ceremony if someone is looking for it and possible to get their hands on it. Ayahuasca is not for everybody and anytime. You may see more than you want or less than you expect, But if you find the universe gifting a ceremony to you, it’s the time to go deeper in your life.

私は、移り変わる色と、いたるところに目がある信じられないほどの神聖幾何学模様を見せられ、それと融合しました。 背景に2本の手を持った存在があり、自らを自然の偉大な創造主であると主張していました。 すべての創造主は、この世界での生き方を私に教えるために、一種のテレパシービジョンで私と通信していました。
「すべては 1 です。大いなる良心のもと、すべては完璧に調整されています。 生きているものも死んでいるものもすべてつながっています。 あなた、私、空気、海、宇宙、神、星、テレビ、あなたの夢、虫、雨、雲、山、太陽、月、友達の車、1年前に食べたマンゴー…etc ...すべてが1です。この世界と時間のどこに、いつ、どのように存在するかが設計されています。
